Orders can take approximately 2-3 business days - (weekends and Public Holidays are not included).

If you haven’t heard from us after placing an order something may have went wrong during your checkout process so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email confirmation. For any further questions or information on shipping please email email@example.com and we will answer any queries you may have.
We ship orders Monday – Friday during office hours only and we don’t operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible.
This is between 2-3 business days unless we have in demand release which can take up to 7-10 business days before shipping.
United states: We now are currently shipping with DHL ecommerce from our warehouse based CA, United States
This will take 4-10 business days once your parcel has been dispatched from our website
Europe: We now are currently shipping with DHL ecommerce from our warehouse based CA, United States
This will take 7-14 business days once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse
Australia: We now are currently using Australia Post form our warehouse base in Sydney, Australia. This will take 2-7 business days.
Duties: Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it’s your responsibility to pay for any fees.
If you haven’t received your order or it seems to be taking longer than the breakdown above, please check your local post office!

You can track your order by clicking on the “Tracking” Link on the top of our Home Page.
Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).
Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated once dispatched.
Free Shipping –We ship our packages via DHL and Australia Post.Once the package arrives at the Country of Destination it will be handed over to the Local Postal Service for Delivery.
No Signature is Required Australia Post.
No Signature is required DHL Domestic – DHL will deliver the package unless in a busy Metro Area- Then it will be Forwarded over to the local postal service for Delivery.
Should you not receive your package, please contact our team at email@example.com to assist you in locating your order. .
Unfortunately, we have no control over this situation, your best option would be to contact your local postal delivery to fix the situation, once the parcel has left our distribution center we have no physical control of where the parcel goes.
If your parcel goes missing after Delivery, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding your order.
We usually restock various styles on a weekly basis. There are no guarantees that an item will be restocked.
The 7-day period begins from the date of delivery (the day you receive your package).
You need to download the Returns Request Form and notify us via email of your return.

Yes, at this time, any order or item placed with a Discount Code upon checkout will be Final Sale.
Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.
Please choose carefully because we will not accept returns if you change your mind. If you receive anything faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org straight away with an image, we will be sure to fix this for you considering this is a fault!
Sorry though any wear and tear or personal damage will not be covered.
