Here at Glow Glam XO we want our customers to be happy and in love with their purchases. Glow Glam XO welcomes returns within 30 days of receiving their purchase but we do not cancel or refund orders for change of mind. All Returns will be issued a store credit to be used within 6 month of issue date.

Glow Glam XO only accepts returned items if they are in original condition. Items must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation that we sent you when you made your order as well as this Return Request Form clearly identifying which items you are returning and why.


If you receive a faulty product from Glow Glam XO the customer must contact within 7 days of receiving the faulty product. We will issue a replacement once we receive confirmation of the faulty item. We do not offer refunds for items that are faulty. After a product has been worn or used, GlowGlamxo is not responsible or liable for any damages.


Glow Glam XO is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $20 return fee deducted from your in store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. Once an item is purchased through Glow Glam XO, you accept this as a part of our terms and conditions.


Glow Glam XO is not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order. Once payment has been made we do not accept cancellations or changes of orders. If you are not home to receive your parcel it will be left in your letterbox or in a safe place. We are not responsible if you parcel is stolen or goes missing after delivery.



You can return any item for a store credit within 30days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. We'll even pay for the return delivery!* Simply email us at to return an item for store credit.Print off the label and stick it on the postal box. Then drop it off at your local postal service.
* Glow Glam XO will cover cost of return delivery for all customers in United States and Australia 
*Valid for full priced orders made from 5/12/2016 onwards 

*For all returns we will issue a store credit for you to re-purchase at your own convenience. Store Credits must be used within 6 months of issue date.
